I JUST PUT IN AN ORDER WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

Based on your geographic location, your order may arrive within a couple days, or it may take a little longer. Once we ship your order, it should get to you in a few days (United States and Canada ) or longer (everywhere else), Please refer to shipping chart on each product description. We’ll send you an email when it ships. If you're still not sure, please simply send us an email. We're more happy to assist you in that space.

HOW ARE YOUR SHIRTS PRINTED?

We use most up to date DTG printing technology that is available in the market. Also stands for Direct to Garment (DTG), it is a method that involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the textile fibres of the garment. Our high-impact print and eco-friendly inks are guaranteed to last.

WHAT DOES BEING PROCESSED MEAN? 

We have received your order and are going through quality assurance/checking phase and are preparing your order for shipment.If your order has been processing for more than two days then the item is out of stock and we are awaiting the arrival of more.  

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?

Please kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.  

OH NO, I MESSED UP MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AND/OR SELECTED WRONG SIZE/COLOR! CAN I CHANGE IT? 

If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't make any promises. Because our products are high on demand and we have committed ourselves to send your order immediately after you place an order and it usually ships out on the same day. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use. 

CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT ?

If you have received a faulty item including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement. Please kindly contact our care team with all the information support@nonorms.com. 

I DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will get an email when your order ships!  

BUT WAIT, MY TRACKING NUMBER DOESN'T WORK...ARE YOU GUYS A SCAM.

No we are not a scam. If your order has just shipped, please allow some time for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the tracking site. Thank you for ordering!

WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY? 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size / colour if preferred. Shipping is only refundable if you receive faulty goods.

Replacements 
We Offer replacements for lost orders or faulty products.

If you have received a faulty order including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement. Please kindly contact our care team with all the information at support@nonorms.com and one of our team members will assist you.
