I JUST PUT IN AN ORDER WHEN WILL IT ARRIVE?

Based on order destination your order may arrive within a couple days, or it may take a little longer. Once we ship your order, it should get to you in a few days (United States) or longer (everywhere else).

We ship via USPS first class mail for all orders within the United States and standard international shipping for all international orders.

Estimated Delivery Time:

  • 5-8 business days in the US
  • 6-12 days in Canada
  • 8-20 days internationally

We’ll send you an email when it ships. If you're still not sure, please simply send us an email. We're more than happy to assist you in that space.

WHAT DOES BEING PROCESSED MEAN? 

We have received your order and are going through quality assurance/checking phase and are preparing your order for shipment.If your order has been processing for more than 3 days then the item is out of stock and we are awaiting the arrival of more.  

*Due to high demand current order processing time is between 1-3 business days - please let us know if you have a specific deadline that you need to meet!

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL...WHAT'S GOING ON?

Please kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.  

OH NO, I MESSED UP MY SHIPPING ADDRESS CAN I CHANGE IT? 

If this happens to you, just email us as soon as you can and we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't make any promises. Because our products are high on demand and we have committed ourselves to send your order immediately after you place an order. If your order has already been shipped, take heart. We'll still try to make it right. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use. 

CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT ?

If you have received a faulty item including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement. Please kindly contact our care team with all the information support@nonorms.com

I DON'T HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER, WHEN WILL I GET IT?

You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped and you will get an email when your order ships!  

BUT WAIT, MY TRACKING NUMBER ISN'T WORKING...

If your order has just shipped, please allow 24 hours for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the tracking site. Thank you for ordering!

WHAT’S YOUR RETURN POLICY?  

Because our products are limited edition, they will only qualify for refund if the product itself is flawed, if damaged and/or defective. 

If there's an issue with your product, please email us at support@nonorms.com with:

  1. Photo(s) of the affected package and items(s).
  2. Your order number and/or the email address registered to the order.
  3. More details about the package that are relevant.

We will use this information to look into a replacement and prevent future errors.

Any unauthorised returns, or exchanges of items that are washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement, and the item will be forfeited.

*Customers are responsible for return shipping rates.

THE CLOTHES I ORDERED DON'T FIT, WHAT DO I DO ?

You may exchange unworn, unused, and unwashed apparel items for a different size within 10 business days of the delivery date. We can only accept apparel exchanges for a different size, in the same style and color that was originally ordered. From start to finish, please give your exchange 7-14 days on domestic (US) orders to get back to you. For International orders please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

We can only exchange once, so make sure to double check our size guide when making a purchase.

HOW LONG DOES A REFUND OR EXCHANGE TAKE TO PROCESS ?

From start to finish, please give your refund/exchange 7-14 business days on domestic orders to get back to you. For International orders please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Qualified refunds are processed immediately, but it may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your method of payment.

Once we have your item, we’ll send the exchange or qualified refund your way.
